How this works

Compensation

Any offer of compensation to a buyer’s broker is made outside the MLS, in a property-specific written agreement. Compensation is not set by law and is fully negotiable. Julie sends the current agreement for a property on request.

Showings

A request does not confirm an appointment or allow entry. Julie confirms each showing and its instructions directly with you.

Property documents

Tap Request seller disclosure on a listing and Julie emails it to you. Ask her for surveys, floor plans or other property information. Availability varies by property.
